Jessica Martin-Howell is an entrepreneur, marketing strategist and community builder passionate about creating spaces where women are seen, connected and given opportunities to grow.

As Executive Director of Houston Business Women, Jessica has helped shape a thriving community centered on meaningful relationships, professional growth and creating opportunities for women to be visible. Her work has earned recognition including the Houston Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award, 30 Under 30, and recognition among the Top 50 Women to KNOW in Houston.

As the founder of ELEVATE x Marketing, Jessica has spent her career helping businesses and entrepreneurs build brands, tell their stories and create meaningful connections with the people they serve.

After relocating from Houston to the Emerald Coast, Jessica saw an opportunity to bring those worlds together in a new way.

She founded Cabana Club Haus to create a platform where the women founders, businesses and stories shaping 30A and the Emerald Coast could be seen, celebrated and connected. Through editorial storytelling, the Cabana Club Haus Magazine, podcast and intimate founder gatherings, Jessica is building more than a media company—she's creating a community designed to give women greater visibility, genuine relationships and opportunities to grow.
