Meet Kylinn Kraemer

Kylinn Kraemer is the founder of LuckyBird, a 30A movement brand built around Pilates, sculpt, strength, community, and connection.

A former college athlete and NYC corporate data engineer turned Pilates instructor and self-described beach bum, Kylinn created LuckyBird after seeing an opportunity for something more than a workout along the Emerald Coast. Her vision was to create a place where movement could bring people together — whether through a pop-up class, private event, on-demand session, or one day, a permanent LuckyBird studio.

Rooted in Santa Rosa Beach, LuckyBird takes a holistic approach to movement while embracing the active, outdoor lifestyle that makes 30A special. By partnering with local businesses, hosting events, and bringing classes directly into the community, Kylinn has created what she describes as both “a way to move and a place to land.”

For Kylinn, the greatest measure of success isn’t the number of people in a class. It’s watching someone arrive nervous or unsure and eventually find strength, confidence, friendship, and a place where they feel like they belong.

Her advice to other women building something of their own is equally grounded: stay authentic, let your work speak for itself, and don’t measure your journey against someone else’s timeline.
